General terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of the website www.volonte.si have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2) based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.
The terms of sale determine the rights and obligations of customers when ordering products available on the website www.volonte.si , as well as the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
The entire content of the website, regardless of its form (text, images, films, sounds, etc.) is protected by copyright. The content of the website may not be used for any purpose other than the user's personal viewing, unless the provider expressly and in writing grants permission otherwise. In the event of misuse, the user is liable criminally and materially.
By using the website www.volonte.si, the user accepts and agrees to all provisions of the general terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these general terms and conditions, we urge you to immediately stop accessing the website.

Intellectual property law
The provider has all necessary rights to the trademarks and other products located on the website. The trademarks located on the website are protected in accordance with national and international legislation. By publishing the trademarks and enabling the use of the website, the provider does not waive the rights arising from the trademarks. In the event of misuse of the trademarks, the user is criminally and materially liable.
The entire content of the website, regardless of its format, is protected by copyright. The holder of all copyrights is the online store provider.

Online store
The user can shop via the website, which is accessible via the link: www.volonte.si
The written general terms and conditions are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the provider and the buyer - the purchase contract.
By registering on the website or by ordering through the online store, the user confirms that he/she understands and accepts the general terms and conditions.
The user does not need to register to purchase in the online store.
The provider makes every effort to provide accurate information found in the online store (product description, photos, etc.).
Offers on the site are limited in quantity and time. The quantities of stocks published on the website are informative and may change without notice.

Prices and taxes
All prices are expressed in EUR. Prices include value added tax (22% VAT), as we are a taxable person. Item prices do not include delivery or postage costs. These are stated when calculating the order value before the electronic confirmation of the order.
The store offers the following payment methods to the customer:
- credit card,
- PayPal.
Paying through our payment system is safe, as it complies with security standards with an SSL certificate.
All products are original.
Promotional offers are valid while stocks last.
The seller will notify potential buyers who are in the process of ordering in the event of changes to prices or product descriptions.

Order cancellation
When the user places an order, they receive an email confirming receipt of the order. The user has the right to cancel the order before receiving an email notification from the provider that the shipment has been sent to the post office or ordered from the brand's supplier.
The contract or order is sent to the buyer to the email address he entered when placing the order. We store it in electronic form at the company's headquarters. The buyer can request a copy (invoice) via our contact address: infovolonte@gmail.com.
The online store has technical means to identify and correct errors before placing an order, namely the site warns the buyer if he has not filled in all the required fields. Before completing the order, a summary is available in which the buyer can check and edit his entered data. In the event of an incorrect entry, the buyer can correct the errors in the shopping cart.
To cancel an order, the user sends a request by email to infovolonte@gmail.com. The cancellation request must contain the user's first and last name, address, order number and order date.

Withdrawal from the contract and return of products
The sixth paragraph of Article 43. d of the ZVPot stipulates that if the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he shall return them to the company or a person authorized by the company to take over the goods, immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company must return all payments received that were charged to the consumer upon conclusion of the contract (placement of the order) within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Returns are not returned in cash.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days, without giving any reason for their decision. During this time, the buyer must inform the company of their withdrawal from the contract and their intention to return the goods.
The product you wish to return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged.
Products sold in packaging must be returned in the original packaging with original labels!
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the provider reserves the right to claim reimbursement of the reduced value of the goods.
We recommend that you open the packaging carefully and keep it in its original condition, and keep the labels attached to the product until you are sure that the product is suitable. When purchasing clothing, check the appropriate size by trying it on over other clothing, not on bare skin, and also be careful not to leave traces of makeup and powder.

Please send the product that does not suit you to the address below. Please attach a copy of the original invoice to the product.
We will refund the purchase price to the specified TTR account no later than 14 days after receiving the email and the returned product. To refund the purchase price, we need the returned product (in the condition as stated in the previous paragraphs) and a refund request by email to infovolonte@gmail.com
If you have provided an incorrect bank account, we will charge an additional fee of €30 to resolve the matter with the bank and the ineligible recipient.
Cash refunds are not possible.
For returns of products paid for by credit card, we will refund the purchase price for the returned product to your credit card. For returns of products paid for on delivery or by bank transfer, we will refund the purchase price to your transaction account.
If the product has material defects, the user must notify the provider of the defect within the statutory deadline and describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification and allow the provider to inspect the product.
The provider is not liable for material defects in the product that appear after two years have passed since the product was delivered.
By ordering a shipment, the buyer agrees that if the shipment is not received, VOLONTE doo will charge the buyer for the postage of the sent and returned package.
In case of problems, the buyer can contact the email infovolonte@gmail.com for help. The buyer can submit a complaint to the email address infovolonte@gmail.com. The complaint handling process is confidential.
The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days and inform the buyer about the progress of the procedure within a further eight days. The provider will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable resolution of the dispute is not achieved, the court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes between the provider and the buyer.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.

The provider reserves the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. The provider is not responsible for compensating for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the user due to the cessation of the online store.

Law
The competent court in Slovenia shall be the court for resolving any disputes. In accordance with the law, the Provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. The invalidity of any general condition does not result in the invalidity of other conditions. In accordance with the ZIsRPS, the Buyer may file an initiative to initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure via the European platform for online consumer dispute resolution (SRPS). The General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on: 02.11.2021
